SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Deadlines

Orders received by us (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received (for in-stock items) after 1 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day of receipt.

Carriers

Ipodcasesdirect ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service.

Freight Costs

iPodcasesdirect will add freight charges to the customers invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

iPodcasesdirect will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, iPodcasesdirect has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses. International Shipments

RETURN POLICY

iPodcasesdirect customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to iPodcasesdirect. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. iPodcasesdirect will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA number. To obtain an RA number, call 1-702-296-1566, or email us at info@ipodcasesdirect.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA number that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

iPodcasesDirect will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA numbers have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective merchandise returned to iPodcasesDirect for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
